This study centers on the “Food Guardian: Smart Ingredient Management System,” integrating AI image recognition and digital management technologies to help users monitor ingredient conditions, reduce food waste, and promote healthy eating. It aligns with the SDGs, particularly Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
