We aim to build a family-centered dietary system that integrates professional nutritionist guidance. By analyzing users’ health data, nutritional needs, dietary preferences, and restrictions, the system delivers precise recipe recommendations and personalized meal planning. By linking ingredient inventory with health goals, eating is no longer just about “what to eat,” but evolves into a smarter lifestyle—eating the right amount, eating healthily, and eating sustainably.
In response to the trends of smart living and sustainable development, our team integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to build an automated ingredient management process. This effectively reduces food waste caused by improper storage or forgetfulness while improving the efficiency of household food utilization. Through the “Data Analysis” feature, the system visualizes complex inventory information, providing real-time insights into key indicators such as total inventory, near-expiration items, estimated value, and accumulated carbon reduction. In addition, with freshness distribution pie charts and ingredient category statistics, users can more easily plan ingredient usage and manage restocking, achieving a modern and sustainable household food management model.
